Response from Dr. Sullivan
As your child enters adolescence compliance will become even more important as she takes on more of the responsibility for taking her medications each day. A once daily regimen is easy to take and will allow her to interact in social situations where she will not have to be obvious about her medications. A once daily regimen can be substituted for her current regimen without changing her viral load or CD 4 count.JLS. |
