HI... I WAS WONDERING WHAT THE MOST EFFECTIVE AND SAFE TREATMENT OF DECA DURABOLIN FOR GAINING MUSCLE MASS IS? 200MG EVERY 2 WEEKS? THANK YOU FOR YOUR TIME.

A number of studies have been done with the anabolic agents nandrolone (deca-durabolin), oxandrolone and oxymetholone. With nandrolone dosages of 100-200mg every 2 weeks have usually been used. Watch for a build-up of Red Blood Cells as a possible side effect (your doc should do blood counts periodically). AF
