 Start with approved indications: Anadrol for anemia only, Oxandrin for weight gain after wasting. O: several good published studies of its use in HIV-weight loss with and without exercise. Lots of clinical experience over the last 5-6 years in HIV/AIDS. Lots of safety data in HIV and other diseases (and a good safety record) A: not as much research or clinical experience in HIV/AIDS, but seems effective and safe.
