 I know little about the infections that lead to vaccination recommendations in Malaysia. Here is the US we recommend a tetanus/diptheria booster every ten years, a flu shot every year, and a pneumococcal vaccine once, with perhaps a booster in five years. We also recommend a Hepatitis A and B vaccine for those not immune through exposure to these viruses. For more info, tho, you should contact a local/Malay ID clinic as to which are needed where you are - since vaccinations are recommended best on what you are likely to be exposed to, and that differs in each country.
