First Id like to say thanks for the great information.
secondly about the information about home access,if their not as accurate as they advertise, and are making errors in their test procedures, then this seems to me that they are only implementing the spread of HIV instead of lowering Hiv prevalence. and if experts like yourself know this you should make it common knowledge and see to it that they are taken off the market

Nothing is perfect and, since many people are too weirded out to go to a clinic or office to get tested, they can be quite helpful in identifying at some of those people. So, from a public heath perspective, they are beneficial. There is no such thing as perfection in medicine. Think of the big picture.
