HIV doesn't just get "formed". HIV is a virus that we can acquire from someone else's bodily fluids who is infected with HIV. If indeed both of you have never had sexual contact or had other risks for acquiring HIV such as sharing needles or using "dirty needles" for tatoos, body piercing, etc, then you should not have any risk.

I encourage you to browse through our web site as we have a lot of information about ways to prevent HIV and other sexually transmitted diseases. If you ever are concerned that you may have had an exposure to HIV or another STD, you should go to the health clinic or your doctor for an examination and testing. I do not mean to be cynical, but we never really know if our partner is engaged in risky behavior so it is best to practice safer sex and use a condom. You do not mention anything about birth control, but even if you get a "depo" shot or take a birth control pill, you should use a condom.
