Dear Dr. Young,
Thank you very much for your invaluable opinion! I was so relieved when I read your response. Now that I know my possible risk incident (nipple sucking) is considered as very low risk behavior. I was worried because I had experienced one day of low-grade fever and diarrhea four weeks after the incident which is very unusual to me. What could explain my fever and diarrhea?

One day of low-grade fever and diarrhea are typical symptoms of a self-limited viral infection or gastroenteritis. The key here is the self-limited nature or your symptoms.
Symptoms that last for weeks, whether due to HIV or now deserve medical evaluation and follow up.
