 We don't have all of the data on how vitamins might influence HIV disease but I generally recommend a healthy diet, exercise and perhaps a multivitamin per day. Different providers and nutritionists have varying views on this issue so I encourage you to discuss this with local experts in this area and ultimately make the decision to do what works best for you.
