Not having a gallbladder and appendix do not impact hepatitis C. No having these body parts does not hurt one's health in general so I would not worry about this.
There is no such a thing as a hepatitis C carrier -- you have the infection or you do not. If you have hepatitis C antibody and hepatitis C RNA (are making hepatitis C virus in your liver cells) you are infected. This may occur even if you feel fine and have no symptoms.
If possible it would be ideal to access a doctor to evaluate the health of your liver. Over the next years new treatments will become available which can cure hepatitis C in most cases. We cannot always access these treatments in all parts of the world, but if we can, the best thing is to get cured of hepatitis C. This is not an emergency unless the liver is very much scarred over.
Other ways to help keep your liver healthy include cutting down and ideally eliminating tobacco and alcohol; being tested for HIV and hepatitis B and A; and learning about how hepatitis C may be spread so one can reduce the chance of passing hepatitis C to others.
