Dear Friend: When we look at HIV infection we must understand that because we do not know the activities of others when they are out of our sight, there can be instances like the one you just described in your question. Because of this it is important that when we engage in behaviors that can put us at risk that we make sure that we are using Condoms so that the possibility of transmission is diminished. Even in your question you see that the more exposure you possibly make your self susceptible to the more chances to become positive if you aren't protecting yourself. Be blessed, be safe, and protect oneself.
