Puede alguien tener sifilis sin tener sintoma alguno?

Esto es correcto. Sífilis primaria y en ocasiones secundaria pueden pasar desapercibida en algunas personas y no es hasta las manifestaciones o complicaciones asociadas a sífilis terciaria que se detecta.
