Leche materna i VIH

Estimado Doctor: Una persona adulta que ha tomado leche materna de una mujer seropositiva en 1 sla vez.tiene riesgo de infectarse?. Si la respuesta es afirmativa el riesgo es alto?

Entiendo que el riesgo, aunque real es relativamente bajo con una sola toma, si éste es el caso.
