Me diagnosticaron vih positivo con la prueva de elisa y con la prueba confirmatoria de western blot. Yo tenia sifilis durante esas pruebas. puede ser un falso positivo?

No, sifilis no se asocia con una prueba del VIH falsa positiva.

Su próximo paso debería ser una carga viral y un recuento de células CD4.
