Saludos, es recomendable la vacuna anti tuberculosis en pacientes con VIH ? En mi caso mi infectologo no considera necesario comenzar la terapia antiretroviral por ahora. mis niveles cd4 576. CV 5700

Buenas tardes,

La vacuna anti-tuberculosis no es recomendable ni en pacientes con VIH ni en pacientes sin VIH. Es decir no es una vacuna válida para nadie.

Por otro lado la terapia antirretroviral es recomendable en todos los pacientes con VIH que pueden tomarlo. La tendencia hoy en día es hacia tratamiento para todos.
