Soy cirujano general recientemente diagnosticado Vih+. Tengo entendido que con las practicas sanitarias correctas puedo disminuir mi riesgo de contagio al paciente al mínimo? Debo informar a mi jefe?

Buenos días, cirujano general.

Siempre y cuando practiques las precauciones universales como todos los cirujanos y médicos ya deberían ser practicándolas, no hay ninguna razón por la que necesitas preocuparte. No tienes ninguna obligación de informar a tu jefe.
