doctor buenas noches me saque un analiis del vih y me dieron por resultado HIV (1-2) ELISA 0.055 OD POSITIVO: MAYOR A 0.327, NEGATIVO: MENOR A 0.268 quisiera saber que significa

Significa un resultado negativo porque tu cifra, 0.055 es menor a 0.268 ("NEGATIVO: MENOR A 0.268).
