Problemas con Efavirez & Truvada Oct 31, 2012 He estado por mas de 6a años con este regimen ultimamente mi presion arterial se ha incrementado asi como mis porblemas de hiperglucemia(diabtetes) en mi ultimo check up mi glucosa era de 136 y mi presion a la alta 160 me siento confunfifo y desesperado porque mi medico solo me recomienda seguir dieta pero no me propone cambio de regimen antiretroviral, tengo 18 años con VIh ¿Que me aconseja? |

 En cuanto a dieta, ejercicio y pérdida de peso, si hubieras dado lo mejor de sí, sería razonable pensar seriamente en un cambio de régimen, porque un efecto secundario posible de algunos fármacos antirretrovirales es la hiperglicemia y/o la hipertensión. Afortunadamente hoy en día hay muchas opciones con respecto a los regímenes anti-VIH. Tenemos alrededor de 27 fármacos antirretrovirales distintos de los cuales podemos construir un cóctel.
