Western Blot Negativo, Elisa Positivo Oct 14, 2012 Buenas noches hago esta pregunta ya que mi esposa esta consternada, su hijo mayor tuvo reciente un problema de ulcera estomacal por el cual tuvo que estar internado y le indicaron hacerse pruebas. Los Resultados fueron: Western Blot Negativo a VIH -1 y VIH-2 Antigeno P24 del VIH-1 Positivo. Anticuerpo de VIH-1 y VIH-2 Reactivo En base a esto cual es su opinion? es negativo o positivo? Agradezco de antemano. |

 Buenas noches, Es confuso, porque un antígeno p24 positivo debería haber dado un Western Blot indeterminado. Le sugiero que se haga nuevamente un ELISA y un Western Blot. Por favor escríbeme nuevamente cuando tengas sus resultados nuevos. Gracias por cuidarle tan atentamente al hijo de tu esposo. Mucha suerte y un gran abrazo. Dr. Steve |
