 Buenas tardes. Sí, una vacuna puede llevar a un aumento transitorio de la carga viral. Hazte de nuevo la prueba. Si el rebote persiste, y si no hay otra explicación para esto (tal como la no adherencia), el desarrollo de resistencia se debe considerar. Antes que nada, otra prueba.
