INTERRACION DE UN MEDICAMENTYO CONTRA HONGOS Y MI TRATAMIENTO Sep 27, 2012 SALUDOS DOCTOR ANTES DE HACERLE MI PREGUNTA QUIERO AGREDECER POR PERMITIRNOS ESTE ESPACIO PARA RESOLVER DISTINTAS DUDAS QUE TENEMOS, BUENO MI CASO EMPEZO DESDE UNA INFECCION DE HONGOS EN MIS UÑAS, MI PODOLOGO ME HIZO UN EXAMEN DE LABORATORIO PARA PODER IDENTIFICARLO Y HACER FACIL Y EFICAZ EL TRATAMIENTO, RESULTO QUE SE TRATABA DE UNA CANDIDA ALBICANS, AHORA ME RECETO CANDITRL (ITRACONAZOL) PARA EL TRATAMIENTO queria saber si eso afectaria en algo mi tratamiento , yo estoy tomando lamivudina-zidovudina y efavirenz espero pueda ayudarme con esta duda |

 Buenas noches, Menos mal que me escribiste. Hay una interacciones importante entre efavirenz y itraconazol. Efavirenz puede disminuir los niveles de itraconazol en sangre y así su eficaz; itraconazol puede aumentar los niveles de efavirenz en sangre y así el riesgo de efectos secundarios.
