Preocupación Sep 22, 2012 Estimado Dr, Steven: Estoy un poco preocupado, hace casi dos años comencé con la terapia retroviral (Kivexa+Stocrin) a partir de ahi siempre con Carga Viral indetectable <20. Hoy fui a buscar mis resultas de este nuevo control y me salió CD4 642 25%, pero la Carga Viral me salió en 21 Copias....¿Dejé de ser indetectable? ahora tengo 21 Copias!! ¿Habré hecho resistencia a la medicación? Espero Ansioso su respuesta!! |

 Querido preocupado, ¡Tranquilo! Veintiuno copias es esencialmente indetectable. Muchas pruebas utilizan 48 copias como el umbral. Ciertamente en este caso habrías sido indetectable. No indica resistencia de ninguna manera. Repite la prueba al intervalo habitual, es decir a los tres o cuatro meses. ¿Buenas noticias, verdad? ¿Menos ansioso ahora? ¿Ni una mota de ansiedad?
