biterapia? Aug 27, 2012 Tengo 45 años de edad llevo tomando antirretrovirales desde hace 10 años. Hace 2 meses desarrollé tolrancia al prezista+norvir y me cambiaron a Isentress+Celsentri+Intelence. Pero esta combinación me provica fuertes dolores en el hígado y he leido que existe la posibilidad de hacer solamente BITERAPIA con CELSENTRI+INTELENCE ¿Es factible esta combinación de antirretrovirales? Mantendría mi enfermedad controlada? En la actualidad tengo 500 CD4 y 14%. Grácias por su atención |

 No, no es aconsejable. Todavía se recomienda un régimen con al menos tres fármacos activos; es decir, la triterapia. Los resultados de estudios que han investigado las biterapias no han apoyado el uso de solamente dos antirretrovirales. Por favor envíame más detalles de tu historial médico reciente: 1. ¿Qué quiere decir "desarrollé tolerancia al prezista + norvir"? 2. ¿Qué estabas tomando con Prezista/Norvir? 3.
