 No diría "inmediatamente"; sin embargo, "pronto" sería muy apropiado. La tendencia hoy en día es definitivamente tratar temprano. Pero aún sin considerar esta tendencia actual, tu recuento de CD4 está por debajo de 500, el umbral mucho aceptado en las directrices de tratamiento.
