recien infectado Jul 2, 2012 Hola, meacaban de diagnosticar vih+ y el resultado de los analisis dicen CD3: 3534; T4 (cd3/cd4 = 570 cel/l; T8 (CD3/CD8)= 2888 y Cuantificacion de RNA 286380 copias/ml. Mi medico me ha dicho esperar 6 meses para repetirlo por si necesito medicacion, me puedes aconsejar? |

 Hola, Sí, puedo. Te recomiendo que no esperes. ¿Por qué? Dos razones: (1) tu carga viral está bien elevada a 286.380 (las pautas usan un umbral de 100.000 por encima del que se recomienda pensar seriamente en iniciar tratamiento) y (2) tus CD4 están cerca de 500, el umbral aceptado por la gran mayoría de médicos especialistas en VIH.
