duda sobre test vih Mar 17, 2012 Tengo un caso muy confuso y necesito ayuda. Me realizaron para una operacion unos analisis entre ellos el test de vih el cual me salio reactivo, desconcertada al recibir ese resultado ya que no he tenido ningun tipo de exposicion al virus me realice otra prueba en otro laboratorio la cual me salio negativa. ¿Cual es el resultado verdadero? Y otra pregunta es posible que me hubiera podido contagiar de vih por un pedicure. Por que en mi caso no existe otra forma de haberlo adquirido. Gracias y espero la pronta respuesta |

 Hola, El factor más importante de la evaluación de una prueba del VIH potencialmente falsa-positiva sea el nivel de riesgo. En tu caso, no hay ningún riesgo, incluso la pedicura. Además, tu segunda prueba salió negativa. Por lo tanto, tu resultado verdadero es negativo. Felicitaciones. Mucha suerte y un abrazo fuerte. Dr. Steve |
