 Necesitas pensar en sexo con condón roto como sexo sin protección. Porque tu pareja es seropositiva, te recomiendo que te hagas la prueba del VIH a seis semanas y a tres meses (resultados negativos serán muy alentadores; sin embargo no definitivos) y a seis meses (un resultado negativo será definitivo). Si tu exposición fuera dentro de 72 horas, te recomendaría la profilaxis post-exposición (PEP, en sus siglas en inglés). Mucha suerte y un gran abrazo. Dr. Steve |
