La CV ha bajado,pero los cd4 no suben Jan 9, 2012 Hola doctor, buenas noches! Oiga, tengo algunas dudas, la verdad ya supere un tanto el ansiedad por resultar positivo. Me detectaron apenas hace un año, tenia cd4 177 y CV 45000, comence tratamiento en abril y subí para octubre a cd4 308 y CV 65, pero ahora, hace una semana mis cd4 bajaron a 200 y la CV bajó a 40, que puedo hacer para subir mis cd4? |

 Buenos días, No hagas nada diferente. Una carga viral que sigue bajando, últimamente a un nivel indetectable, es la meta primordial de la terapia. El número absoluto de las células CD4 varía mucho. El porcentaje de CD4 es una medida más fiable, porque tiende a variar menos. No te fijes en un resultado aislado. Mira la tendencia. Ya no tienes un número de cifras suficiente para determinar la tendencia. Controla tus pruebas nuevamente en tres meses. Por favor envíame estos resultados. Te responderé. ¡Tranquilo!
