Urgente Please Dec 12, 2011 Doctor tuve hepatitis B hace 2 años atrás. Pero era HIV negativo. Hace 3 meses tuve un comportamiento de riesgo dando positivo al test de elisa, esto genero la toma de los siguiente examenes: cd4= 378 carga viral= 51,00 copias pruebas hepatitis: hbsag= 0,33 interpretacion de hbsag= negativo. Anti-HBc= * interprtacion Anti-HBc=negativo ¿UNA PREGUNTA LA HEPATITIS B PUEDE VOLVER AHORA QUE SOY HIV? ¿PUEDE VOLVER MUCHOS AÑOS DESPUES O DEFINITIVAMENTE NO VOLVERA? |

 Buenas noches, Ya que tuviste hepatitis B, lo más probable es que seas inmune. Para confirmarlo, mira el resultado de la prueba HBsAb (anticuerpo de superficie de la hepatitis B). Un resultado reactivo (positivo) señala que eres inmune. En este caso, la hepatitis B no podría volver. Espero que esta información te fuera de utilidad. Mucha suerte y un abrazo caluroso.
