temperatura durante tratamiento antiretroviral May 26, 2011 estoy en tratamiento de vih, tengo aproximadamente unos 10 dias que empeze estoy tomando Truvada y Efavirenz, hoy he estado presentando fiebre y ya es tarde y no puedo contactar a mi medico hay algun medicamento que pueda tomar para bajar la fiebre y que sea aceptado con mis medicamentos. |

 Hola. En el contexto de tu régimen, no hay ningún problema con alguno de los medicamentos antipiréticos (aspirina, Tylenol, Ibuprofen, etc.). Deberías llamarle a tu médico especialista en la mañana para decirle que tienes fiebre. Mucha suerte y un gran abrazo. Dr. Steve |
