sexo oral duda Mar 22, 2011 hola steven es la primera vez que escribo y me guataria darle la enhorabuena pues ya he leido muchas cosa de usted y veo que es una persona muy agradable. bueno mi duda es mi pareja y yo tenemos vih y las relaciones sexuales siempre las hacemos con preservativo,pero hace como dos dias hemos practicado bueno le practique yo a el sexo oral sin (eyaculacion) quiero decirle que tenemos la carga viral indetectable y los 2 con tratamiento. entonces ahi va mi pregunta me he podido reinfecctar por hacerle sexo oral sin eyaculacion?? esperando su respuesta me despido con un saludo |

 Buenas noches, El riesgo de transmitir el VIH vía sexo oral sin protección es bien bajo, bien sea que se trate de una pareja magnética (una persona positiva, una negativa) o una pareja seroconcordante (ambas seropositivas).
