aciclovir puede inducir un falso negativo en un elisa?

Hola Dr. quisiera saber si durante el periodo de ventana se utiliza aciclovir para tratar herpes, esto puede inducir un resultado falso negativo en un test Elisa hecho a los 4 meses de la situacion de riesgo. Muchas gracias.
