 Si estás tomando 3TC (lamivudina, Epivir) 150 mg, una pastilla dos veces al día, sí, puedes tomar dos pastillas (300 mg) esta noche. Y entonces sigue este esquema de dosificación. En realidad la dosis estándar es 300 mg tomado una vez al día. Ojalá que estés tomando un tercer antirretroviral. Efavirenz + 3TC no es un régimen suficiente. Se requieren tres antirretrovirales activos. Dr. Steve |
