 Hola, Estos dos regímenes son, a efectos prácticos, idénticos. Truvada = tenofovir + emtricitabina (Emtriva). Emtricitabina y lamivudina son fármacos hermanas. Puedes considerarlos idénticos. Preferiría yo efavirenz + Truvada, en gran parte porque este régimen comprendería dos pastillas en vez de tres. ¿Sabes que hay algo aún mejor Atripla? Atripla es una combinación de efavirenz y Truvada. Por tanto, una pastilla (Atripla) es mejor que dos (efavirenz + Truvada) es mejor que tres (efavirenz + lamivudina + tenofovir).
