hola Doctor, mi medico me ha sugerido cambiar el medicamento que estoy tomando por atripla , yo antes tomaba stocrim + truvada, esgun mi medico se han unido en este nuevo medicamento quisiera saber si es verdad, mi carga viral es indetectable y mi cd4 estan en un buen nivel pero me da miedo que esto cambie o que empiese a cambiar mi forma fisica. de antemano le agradesco

Tu médico dice la verdad. No hay ninguna diferencia entre Atripla (efavirenz + tenofovir + emtricitabina) y Stocrin (efavirenz) + Truvada (tenofovir + emtricitabina). No tengas miedo.
