Profilaxis post exposición Jan 31, 2010 Doctor,estuve tomando este tratamiento pero los 2 primeros dias tuve problemas estomacales con diarrea. Mi pregunta es: de alguna manera esto puede afectar la efectividad de los medicamentos para este tratamiento en especifico?. Me hice un test a los 10 meses el cual dio negativo. |

 Hola, Lo esencial es que tu prueba a más de tres meses dio negativa. Si estuvieras proponiendo que estos problemas estomacales hubieran afectado a la absorción y así la efectividad de la profilaxis post-exposición, no habría sido ninguna manera de saber. Sin embargo, no habría sido probable y francamente no importa porque eres VIH negativo. ¡Felicitaciones! Dr. Steve |
