RESULTADO INDETECTABLE Nov 14, 2009 DR BUENOS DÌAS DESDE PERU, HACE 4 MESES CASI 5 FUI DIAGNOSTICADO POSITIVO, INICIE CD 466, CARGA VIRAL 10 MIL COPIAS, INICIE TRATAMIENTO CON LAMIVUDINA+ZIDOBUDINA+EFAVIRENZ ALGUNAS REACCIONES ADVERSAS Y MALESTARES YA HAN IDO PASANDO FINES DE SETIEMBRE MI PRIMER CONTROL Y EL RESULTADO ES 40 COPIAS ML ESTO ES UN RESULTADO,LOG 1.6 INDETECABLE REALMENTE??, QUISIERA SABER QUE TAN EFICAZ ESTA SIENDO EL RESULTADO YA QUE MI MEDICO ME INDICA QUE SON BUENAS NOTICIAS Y QUE CONTINUE ASI CON ESE RESULTADO PARA TODA LA VIDA Y MI CONTROL DE CD4 SERÀ EN DIC PERO EMPECE BIEN EN JUNIO CON 466 ME INFORMA QUE HABRA AUMENTADO TAMBIÈN YA QUE APARENTEMENTE TODO ANDA BIEN, ME GUSTARIA UNA OPIÒN SUYA.  Buenos días Perú, ¿Cuarenta copias o menos de 40 copias? Este se considera "indetectable;" el primero, casi "indetectable." Y francamente, no hay una diferencia significativa entre estos dos resultados. ¡Felicitaciones! Estoy de acuerdo con tu médico especialista en VIH: "Son buenas noticias . . . . Todo anda bien."
