 Hola, Estás tomando exactamente la cantidad correcta. Un régimen antirretroviral debe contener por lo menos tres fármacos activos frente al VIH. En tu régimen, ritonavir se usa como potenciador farmacocinético (potencia saquinavir) y no como un antirretroviral activo. Por tanto, tu régimen contiene tres fármacos activos -- (1) saquinavir potenciado por ritonavir, (2) emtricitabina y (3) tenofovir. ¡Y está funcionando maravillosamente (CD4 de 655 y carga viral indetectable)!
