KALETRA Y TRUVADA Mar 20, 2009 HACE UNOS 8 MESES ME CAMBIARON EL TRATAMIENTO Y EMPEZÉ A TOMAR KALETRA Y TRUVADA. A LOS 3 MESES LOS DEJÉ DE TOMAR. NO PUEDO TOLERARLOS DEMASIADO POR MIS PROBLEMAS GASTRICOS Y HEPATICOS. HOY HE VUELTO A EMPEZAR CON EL MISMO TRATAMIENTO DESPUES DE DOS MESES. CUALES SON LOS RIEZGOS Y PORQUÉ ME DA TANTA CEFALEA Y DIARREA AL TOMARLOS. MUCHAS GRACIAS |

 Buenos días, La diarrea es el efecto secundario más común de Kaletra; también la cefalea ha sido descrita en personas tomándolo, sin embargo con mucha menos frecuencia que la diarrea. Después de dos pruebas de tomar un régimen conteniendo Kaletra -- dos pruebas de discutible éxito -- puede ser que sea el momento para hablar con tu médico especialista en VIH de cambiar de régimen. Afortunadamente hoy en día hay más de 25 fármacos antirretrovirales de 5 categorías distintas entre los que se puede escoger. Explora las opciones con tu médico.
