Inicio de tratamiento Dec 30, 2008 Estimado Doctor Yo estoy diagnostica casi 2 años y hasta el momento no inicio tratamiento....el 1 analisis arrojo cd4 500 y cv 20,000, luego cd4 350y cv30,000, despues ...y mi ultimo analisis arrojo cd4 220 y cv 10,000. Mi medico me informo que todavia no inicie el tratamiento que mas bien porque debe aumentar mi Cd4...ya que mi CV bajo sustancialmente....es correcto??..... Desde ya muchas gracias por su respuesta.  Buenos días Carlos, No. De hecho, no podría ser más equivocado. El tratamiento es exactamente lo que necesitas para aumentar tus CD4. Tus CD4 han disminuido de 500 a 220 durante dos años mientras tu carga viral permanecía estable entre 10.000 a 30.000 copias. Sin tratamiento, tus CD4 continuarán a caer. Es así de simple.
