 Hola esposo preocupado, Lo que ya estás haciendo es exactamente la mejor manera de tener relaciones sin infectar a tu esposa: mantener una carga viral indetectable y usar preservativo. Con esta práctica, el riesgo de transmitir el VIH a tu esposa es esencialmente inexistente. (Un trabajo científico recientemente publicado por un grupo de investigadores suizo concluyó que el riesgo de transmitir el VIH de una pareja positiva a una pareja negativa, incluso sin el uso de condones, es esencialmente cero cuando la primera mantiene su carga viral a niveles indetectables y lo ha hecho por lo menos seis meses.)
