 Hola familiar preocupado, Ante todo gracias por interesarte por tu familiar y su salud. Su recuento de CD4 de 581 indica que su sistema inmunitario es relativamente bien preservado. ¡Bravo! Sin embargo, él querrá mantenerlo así. Por tanto, con una carga viral consistentemente por encima de 100.000 copias, lo cual señala un alto nivel de actividad del virus en el organismo, suelo recomendar comenzar tratamiento a pesar del recuento de CD4.
