Vacuna Antineumococica Feb 5, 2008 Hola, mi hermano tiene Hiv ( cd 500- carga menos 50 copias), se dio la vacuna neunococica y hace 4 dias que tiene fiebre 39G. puede ser de la vacuna? |

 Hola, Ante todo, todos los portadores deben recibir la vacuna antineumocócica y también un refuerzo seis años después de la primera dosis. Pues bien, tu hermano hizo bien en vacunarse. Una fiebre, como un efecto secundario, puede ocurrir, pero en menos del 1% de recipientes de esta vacuna. Y es pasajera. Si la fiebre persiste, tu hermano debe consultar a su médico especialista en VIH. Mucha suerte y muchísimas gracias por cuidar tan atentamente a tu hermano. Un abrazo enorme. Dr. Steve |
