 Durante la fase aguda de una infección por VIH, la carga viral se dispara. Entonces disminuye durante varias semanas, mientras el sistema inmunitario responde, a un punto de equilibrio ("set point" en inglés). Si estás describiendo una infección reciente, esto puede servir como explicación. Si no, recomiendo otro examen para confirmar que el descenso es real. Como siempre, un enorme abrazo. Dr. Steve |
