 Buenos días, La pérdida de cabello figura en la lista de los efectos secundarios potenciales posiblemente asociados con el Kaletra (lopinavir + ritonavir); sin embargo, no es común ni mucho menos. Sí, puedes tomar la finasterida (Propecia), tratamiento para la caída del cabello, en combinación con tu régimen antirretroviral. Mucha suerte y un gran abrazo. Dr. Steve |
