 Simple y llanamente esta elevadisimo. En mi opinion con o sin sintomas consideraria fuertemente tratamiento con antifungales. Consulten algun medico especialista para que lo oriente ya que seria conveniente auscultar sintomas o enfermedad previos, la posibilidad de obtener una muestra de liquido espinal y realizar anticuerpos etc..Otro factor importante es que su hermano debe de estar recibiendo tratamiento antiretroviral. Le deseo lo mejor. |
