 Hola Manuel, De nada, claro. Estoy completamente de acuerdo con tu médico: 1. Si tus CD4 se están manteniendo constantemente por debajo de entre 300 y 350 células, sí, comenzar con el tratamiento es adecuado. 2.Me gusta muchísimo el régimen de Truvada (tenofovir y emtricitabina) y Stocrin (efavirenz) para no pretratados. Sin embargo, antes de comenzar cualquier régimen, deberías hacerte una prueba de resistencia un genotipo para descartar alguna resistencia preexistente. Mucha suerte, Manuel. Un gran abrazo.
