 Querido Andres, Te recomiendo que obtengas otra opinión de un oftalmólogo que tiene experiencia también en tratar las personas seropositivas. Primero, porque no estoy seguro de tu diagnóstico: la persona típica que desarrolla retinitis por CMV tiene menos de 50 CD4. En segundo lugar, porque si tienes de hecho retinitis por CMV, querrás asegurarte de que estás recibiendo el tratamiento óptimo. ¡No esperes, actúa ahora! Mucha suerte y un fuerte abrazo. Dr. Steve |
