 Hola amigo, Ya que la tasa de reaparición de coccidiodomicosis es bastante alta en los portadores que tienen esta enfermedad y entonces no continúan tomando la profilaxis secundaria con o fluconazole o itraconazol después de la recuperación, se recomienda tomar un tratamiento de mantenimiento (i.e. la profilaxis secundaria) de por vida.
