Consulta urgente Sep 12, 2005 Mi yerno está internado desde hace un mes y medio.Una tomografía computada dio que tenía Toxoplasmosis y por tanto, ya el Sida declarado.Parece haber superado la toxo, pero tiene el sarcoma de K(sólo en piel), herpes y citomegavirus.ahora parece tener tuberculosis. Tiene 6 (SEIS) células t.Sabemos que está muy grave. Qué expectativa de vida puede tener? Gracias José de Uruguay |

 Estimado amigo: Definitivamente su yerno esta bien avanzado en su enfermedad y necesita ayuda inmediata. Si logra pasar de esta fase aguda y con la ayuda de buen tratamiento antiretroviral lo antes posible entonces las expectativas seran mejores. Los medicamentos antiretrovirales le mejoraran las defensas inmunologicas y todas esta condiciones en especial el Kaposi revierten y se controlan. Mi mejor recomendacion es que lo pueda evaluar y seguir algun medico en su pais con conocimientos solidos en VIH/Sida. |
