carga viral baja,cd4 bajos Mar 28, 2001 EN PRINCIPIO,QUIERO DARLES LAS GRACIAS POR ESTE FORO Y SU INESTIMABLE AYUDA,DESDE QUE SOY +,HACE 7 MESES USTEDES ME HAN ACLARADO MUCHAS DE MIS DUDAS,GRACIAS, AHORA MISMO ESTOY INDETECTABLE Y MIS DEFENSAS HAN SUBIDO,GRACIAS AL TRATAMIENTO{VIDEX,ZERIT,SUSTIVA} QUISIERA QUE ME EXPLICARAN UN POCO SOBRE EL TIPO DE VIRUS QUE TENGO,HE LEIDO QUE CASOS COMO EL MIO SON MUY ESCASOS,POR QUE TENIA UNA CARGA VIRAL DE 2000,Y CD4 200?ME HAN COMENTADO QUE CUANTA MAS BAJA LA CARGA VIRAL MEJOR PRONOSTICO,ENTONCES POR QUE 200CD4? QUE OPINAN DE MI DIAGNOSTICO? LES RUEGO ME EXPLIQUEN UN POCO SOBRE CASOS COMO EL MIO. GRACIAS |

 En general los pacientes con carga viral baja (como usted) tienen una evolución más lenta de la enfermedad, por lo que sospecho que usted fue infectado hace muchos años. Normalmente lleva unos 7 a 10 años desde la infección para llegar a unos linfocitos de 200. En su caso lo más probable es que usted este más cerca de la cifra de 10 años que de la de 7 o 5. En cualquier caso con unos CD4 de 200 es más que razonable empezar el tratamiento cualesquiera que sea su carga viral. Enhorabuena por su estupenda respuesta.
